T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while maintaining a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Ability to learn and use store systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits of T-Mobile services.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; learn and share knowledge.
• Build rapport, drive sales, and nurture customer relationships to exceed expectations.
