Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years work experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and tech-savvy with a customer-first mindset

Responsabilidades

• Mobile activations and customer education with a focus on a white-glove experience
• Troubleshoot issues, secure accounts, and assist with device replacements
• Assist transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration for devices
• Perform in-depth diagnostics and ensure proper product setup and connectivity
• Support on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories or add-ons
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
