Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on products and benefits, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.

You will complete dedicated training, continuously learn new skills, and strive to exceed customer expectations while helping drive sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and clear communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, processes, and systems, and share knowledge to deliver the best customer experience.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, help drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
