Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage with customers in a bustling warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional experiences that keep people connected to what matters most.

You will complete comprehensive training, learn systems, and contribute to sales while building rapport with new and existing customers. This role emphasizes coaching, communication, and relationship building in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Coaching,Communication,Consultative Selling and related customer-engagement skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 6+ months in customer service/sales preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate, demonstrate and showcase value of T-Mobile's offerings.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products and processes; learn systems and resources; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build relationships with customers, attract referrals, follow up, and support Be Back processes to drive sales activity.
