Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for their Store-in-Store locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and use digital self-serve tools during onboarding to enhance the shopping experience.

You will complete ongoing training and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction, while meeting sales and service standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrates solutions-based selling to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews promotions and updates to stay customer-ready.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
