Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of retail customer service or sales experience. Training is provided and benefits are extensive. Travel is not required, and the team is committed to growth and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, attract potential customers, and follow up for referrals and sales opportunities.
