Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
