Job summary

The Store-in-Store Mobile Associate at T-Mobile represents the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, expertise, and outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while staying connected to what matters most for customers.

You will train on the in-store experience, products, and systems, with opportunities to grow into the Mobile Expert role and access company benefits such as stock grants and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers; perform skills practice and store operations.
• Engage with customers, build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes to foster loyalty.

Education

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)
