Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise with every customer interaction.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, develop product knowledge, and build relationships while guiding customers through solutions. A high school diploma is required; 6 months of retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems to deliver excellent customer experiences.
