Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to energize customer interactions in a fast-paced warehouse/club environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding service to keep customers connected to what matters most.

Role requires a High School diploma and customer service or sales experience; training is provided, and you will advance to Mobile Expert with incentives and stock grants where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Foster relationships with customers, attract referrals, and drive sales activity while delivering exceptional service.
