You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote the store-in-store benefits while maintaining a high-energy, service-driven environment. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 18 years old, with a preference for 6 months of retail customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and resources to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and resources; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Build rapport with customers, attract potential customers, and follow up to drive sales while maintaining excellent service.
