Job summary

T-Mobile Store Associates are the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club setting, delivering energy and expertise to customers while promoting benefits and services. You’ll learn the store-in-store experience, educate customers, and drive sales through consultative selling and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, training on products, and following up to grow referrals, with a focus on outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
