Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

You will receive training on retail processes and wireless tech, collaborate across channels, and contribute to team initiatives. The role offers competitive pay, training pay, and access to benefits and stock-related programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
