Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove customer service experience during mobile activations and education.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues; assist with account security and recovery.
• Assist customers with transfers, resets, and device configurations; process returns/exchanges.
• Support store operations including resets, merchandising, and inventory hygiene.
