Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Mobile Associate to help customers with technology and service plans in a fast-paced retail setting, building product knowledge and guiding shoppers through their journey.

You will use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, explain plan options, and complete required training to stay current on wireless innovations, processes, and customer care. We offer competitive base pay, training pay, annual stock grants, an Employee Stock Purchase

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
