Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and use self-serve tools to demonstrate value and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will train on new products and processes, build relationships with customers, and contribute to achieving performance targets while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high-quality sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; assist with on-site operations and security tasks.
• Build rapport with customers and drive sales while managing follow-ups, referrals and Be Back processes.
