Job summary

At T-Mobile, Store-in-Store Mobile Associates serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll energize customers with demonstrations, educate on products, and provide solutions in a fast-paced setting, ensuring moments of connection and value.

This role emphasizes service, learning, and team collaboration. Starting with hourly pay of $19.50 plus $5 training pay, the role leads to growth to a Mobile Expert and potential incentives, with comprehensive benefits and stock

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• About 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and effective communication.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to deliver excellent customer service.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, and follow up with referrals and Be Back opportunities.
