Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while thriving in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (Required).
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)
The candidate should demonstrate strong coaching, communication, and consultative selling abilities.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills for the best customer experience.
As a team member, you are committed to exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations, and driving sales activity; you will follow up with customers, collect referrals, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
