Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at point of purchase, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions to individual needs.
• Utilize in-store and digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services; complete in-store training and learn new skills.
• Develop relationships with colleagues across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
