T-Mobile Store team members are ambassadors who energize the customer experience in a busy retail setting. You will identify customer needs, educate on solutions, and drive sales with a customer-first approach. You will also use digital tools to guide self-serve options and support onboarding.

As a Mobile Associate, you will learn products, support store operations, and contribute to achieving quality of sale metrics. Training and performance incentives are part of the growth path at T-Mobile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile products and services to meet customer needs.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales.
