Job summary

Join T-Mobile USA, Inc. as a Mobile Expert within our Retail Team to energize the brand, educate customers, and demonstrate device and service solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships while meeting performance targets and delivering standout customer experiences.

You’ll leverage digital tools, complete in-store training, and work with colleagues across channels to stay ahead in wireless innovations. A high school diploma and some customer service or sales exposure are preferred, with

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (Required).
30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred).
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
