Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic retail setting.

You will complete comprehensive training on products, systems, and processes, educate customers, and drive sales while building relationships and delivering exceptional service. This role emphasizes customer focus and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn products and processes, and perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and support sales activities.
