Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to serve as the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, education, and solutions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will educate customers and showcase the value of member benefits.

Responsibilities include training, product knowledge, and driving customer engagement while delivering outstanding service and building relationships with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources; you will learn and improve your skills for the best customer experience.
• As a team member, provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
