T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate them on benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment where technology evolves rapidly.

You will complete training on products, processes, and systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and you will be part of a team focused on connecting customers with the right solutions and building loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate customers, and promote the value of member benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
