Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Training and team collaboration are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
