Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the store team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, activation, education, and support. You will handle activations, troubleshooting, and escalations while ensuring operational readiness and a clean, accessible store environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Activate and educate customers on mobile devices and BYOD.
Troubleshoot and escalate complex device or service issues.
Assist with activation, setup, and accessories upsell.
Support on-demand deliveries and BAPIS/XM upsell opportunities.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and proper inventory.
Assist with returns, warranties, and account security as needed.
Provide device demos and walk customers through features for value.
Handle rapid device swaps and express transactions when needed.
