Job summary

Lucid Motors in California is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to client locations for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid vehicles in the field. This fixed operation role includes a service van and tools provided, working independently or with a nearby service location.

You should have ASE certifications within 6-8 months; Lucid will reimburse. The role requires knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and EV powertrain, strong customer service, and ability to document

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• EPA 609 Certification is required or in progress.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts duties including ordering and inventory management.
• Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Work with High Voltage, Low Voltage, and EV powertrain systems.
• Schedule visits efficiently, manage repair walks and contact customers post-service.
• Provide support at Service Center as needed.
