Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to client locations for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles in the field. A service van or tools are provided, and the role supports a fixed location as well as mobile operations.

Expect ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire with reimbursement by Lucid. The position involves customer-facing service, HV/LV EV knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain.
• Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Service Advisor and manage parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory.
• Work with clients to provide a high level of customer experience.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions with the software suite.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Perform walkthrough and write-up to assess client needs and diagnose accordingly.
• Document client concerns for diagnosis and repair.
• Follow repair order procedures and invoice/collect payment.
• Provide customer service by scheduling, updates, and follow-ups on repairs.
• Plan travel time and visit duration for mobile services; support service centers as needed.
• Travel within territory and other locations as required.
