Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in the field. You will travel to client locations, document interactions, and support service centers as needed.

The role requires HV/LV and EV system knowledge, ASE/EPA certifications preferred, and the ability to communicate with customers. A valid license and CPR training post-hire are required; travel within assigned territory is expected.

Competenze

2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage EV systems.
Customer facing experience with strong communication skills.
EPA 609 Certification required; ASE certifications preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and DMS software.
Valid driver’s license with clean record; 21+ age if applicable.
Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.

Mansioni

Serve as Service Advisor; handle parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory.
Work with clients to provide a high level of service experience.
Document all vehicle interactions in the software suite.
Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
Perform walk-around and write-up to identify primary concerns.
Document concerns for diagnosis and repair; follow repair order procedures.
Invoice and collect payment; assist with scheduling and updates.
