Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations. The role involves traveling to customer sites with a service van and tools provided by Lucid.

You will work both independently and with a local service team to ensure quality field service for luxury EVs. The position requires 4+ years as a service/diagnosis technician, ASE certifications, HV/LV and EV drivetrain experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) – (Required)
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Self-sufficient, highly organized and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; 21+ for some regions.

Responsibilities

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Perform advanced EV repairs at partner locations and Service Centers.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV powertrains.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions clearly.
• Communicate with service team and customers effectively.
• Perform parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Invoice and collect payment; handle scheduling and updates to customers.
• Travel within assigned territory and to service locations.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
