Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations. The role includes a service van, tools, and independent work with team support at a nearby service location.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of automotive experience, knowledge of High/Low Voltage EV systems, and ASE/EV readiness. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with opportunities for on-the-job certification and CPR training after hire.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage EV systems.
• Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.

Responsabilidades

• Function as a Service Advisor and manage parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Work directly with clients to provide a high level of customer experience.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Maintain knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and EV powertrain systems.
• Conduct walk-around and write-up to identify primary concerns via interview and visual assessment.
• Document concerns for diagnosis and repair.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures.
• Invoice and collect payment.
• Schedule appointments and update customers on repair status; travel planning for mobile service.
• Provide support at Service Center as needed and travel within assigned territory.
