Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to client locations, diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field. You will work independently or with a team, using approved software to document customer interactions.

ASE/Credentialed EV techs are favored and Lucid covers training costs. Responsibilities include service advisory duties, parts handling, scheduling, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrain.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Mobile Service Technician traveling to client locations.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field.
• Document all service interactions using the appropriate software.
• Assist with walk-around, write-up, and primary concern identification.
• Provide support at service centers as needed.
• Travel within assigned territory to multiple locations.
