Job summary

Rivian in Kentucky is hiring a hands‑on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs across service centers, customer homes, and on mobile routes. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to travel as needed.

You will diagnose, repair, and install Rivian EV components while maintaining quality and safety standards. The position calls for a 40‑hour workweek with possible weekends or shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; non‑commercial driving ability preferred.
• Experience in automotive repair or EV tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect Rivian vehicles in centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools, and accessories used.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind; conduct road tests.
• Manage parts orders, receiving, shipping, and inventory; document notes clearly.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional customer communication.
