Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with automotive shop tools and equipment.
• EV/hybrid repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify and explain Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures with available technical resources, ensuring safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Document work and technical notes for internal and external use.
