Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive shop experience preferred.
• EV/Hybrid repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret technical docs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures with quality and safety.
• Conduct road tests after repairs to ensure quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.
