Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Laptop or computer proficiency in Windows or Mac environments.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• May include weekend, holiday, or shift work as needed.
• Ability to read and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify and explain Rivian products and EV framework to customers.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources while maintaining safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and performance.
• Manage parts operations, including ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes for internal and external use.
