Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Raleigh, NC to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for building and industrial systems. You will manage maintenance across multiple sites, review work orders, and ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely.

The role requires independent problem-solving, timely execution of repairs, and collaboration with teams to deliver reliable services. This position is embedded in CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services group and involves

Qualifications

Experience in preventive maintenance for building systems.
Ability to estimate time and materials for repairs.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, life safety and building codes.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility.
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure systems meet design capabilities and safety requirements.
Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operations meet design and environmental specs.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
Share knowledge across multiple subjects and mentor others.
