CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds. The role covers maintenance planning, system inspections, and safety compliance within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and help ensure environmental conditions and equipment operate within design specs. Strong Office skills and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs.
• Review inspections and ensure operation meets design and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
