CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across HVAC, building systems, and equipment. You’ll be the frontline expert ensuring reliability, safety, and performance wherever you're needed.

You’ll review work orders, estimate time and materials, and implement preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with teams and clients to meet standards.

Formación

• 4–5 years of related experience; diploma or equivalent considered.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and building systems.
• Review work orders, estimate materials, and maintain inventory and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and address emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
