Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation drives, perform phlebotomy duties, and ensure donor safety across scheduling and outreach. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and compliance with DOT and internal policies.

You will operate a mobile unit, load supplies, and assist with site setup while maintaining a positive donor experience and a collaborative team culture. Training is provided and bilingual certification may be valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years people-facing experience preferred.
• Must follow SOPs, safety rules and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor service and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare collection site and set up equipment.
• Operate mobile drive vehicle following DOT guidelines.
• Perform donor screening, venipuncture, and post-donation scheduling.
• Maintain donor safety and assist with scheduling.
