Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• GED is required.
• 1–3 years of people-facing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van and safely transports staff and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including technology systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments.
