Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor CDL Specialist to perform phlebotomy collection and donor screening in a mobile drive setting. You will interact with donors and coordinators, delivering excellent service and maintaining safety and quality standards.

With a CDL and 1–3 years of people-facing experience, you will operate the mobile drive vehicle, support the team, and contribute to a positive donor experience. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CDL with air brakes endorsement required.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy collection and donor screening per SOPs.
• Operate mobile drive buses and transport staff safely.
• Maintain donor records and ensure proper identification.
• Provide a positive donor experience with professional service.
