Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is hiring a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation drives. You will load, drive, and set up at sites, delivering a high-quality donor experience with safety and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, driving experience, and the ability to follow DOT rules while supporting a collaborative team. Training is provided and opportunities for bilingual certification exist.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Experience interacting with donors or the public is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a mobile drive vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Treat donors with customer service excellence and respond to inquiries or complaints.
• Set up collection site and equipment, including technology systems.
• Safely transport staff, supplies, and equipment following DOT guidelines.
• Perform donor screening, venipuncture, and donor eligibility assessments.
• Rebook donors for future appointment slots.
• May operate automation systems (Alyx/Trima) when needed.
