Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor CDL Specialist to perform phlebotomy collections and drive the mobile unit. You will provide exceptional donor service while transporting staff and equipment safely, following DOT guidelines.

The role requires CDL with air brakes and availability 4:00 AM–10:00 PM, weekends and holidays, with full-time hours. You will join a collaborative team focused on quality patient outcomes and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred; at least <1 year required.
• CDL with air brakes endorsement (B) upon hire required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile drive buses following DOT guidelines.
• Prepare collection site and perform setup and screening.
• Perform phlebotomy collection and donor screening with high service quality.
• Maintain donor safety and mother-donor experience; address inquiries and issues professionally.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and support team culture.
