Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, or alternative combinations including higher education in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment.
• Must supply own hand tools to perform duties.
• OEM training and certifications preferred.
• Complete company-required training.
• DOT/FMCSA regulations require pre-employment background screening and a DOT physical; DOT card acceptable in lieu of a physical if valid.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose, repair, and test electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and reliability.
• Document findings, parts used, and RO data on the TRAIT app.
• Coordinate with management for approvals and purchase orders.
