Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light/complex repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose, test, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems while maintaining a company vehicle and documenting work using our TRAIT app.

Qualifying candidates have a HS diploma or GED, ASE T8 or willingness to obtain it within 18 months, and a valid driver's license. Weekly pay and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform DOT inspections and PMs.
• ASE T8 (PMI) within 18 months is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs and DOT inspections on light/medium/heavy trucks in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and operate service vehicle and document work on RO via iOS device.
