Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform on-site PMs, DOT inspections, and advanced diagnostics for a nationwide fleet. You will handle electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, conduct road tests, and manage parts on a service truck while documenting every RO via TRAIT on an iOS device.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED with related field experience and ASE certifications such as T8 PMI and 608/609, plus a valid DOT/FMCSA compliance background.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with related field experience required or equivalent
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months is expected
• ASE 608/609 certification preferred and listed as a requirement
• Experience with refrigerated equipment is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Perform PMs and DOT inspections on light to heavy vehicles in mobile/field settings
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Road test vehicles and verify proper operation post-repair
• Manage parts and inventory on company service trucks
• Document work and upload RO details using TRAIT on iOS devices
• All work performed in compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations
