Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will handle electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic tasks across light to heavy-duty trucks while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• Able to complete and pass DOT pre-employment background screening and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM, DOT inspections and follow-up repairs in a mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical/braking/cooling systems, engines, transmissions, differentials.
• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions with test instruments.
• Road test vehicles to verify proper operation post-repair.
• Document findings and parts used on RO using TRAIT app and upload photos.
