Cox Fleet, part of Cox Automotive - USA, is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II for night shifts (Thursday-Monday, 6:00 pm-2:00 am) performing DOT inspections, PMs, and light to moderate repairs on light to heavy vehicles in a mobile context. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, document findings with photos, and coordinate parts and approvals as needed.

This role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication with clients.

Qualificações

• Licensed DOT inspections.
• Preventative Maintenance inspections.
• Light and follow-up repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical/hydraulic/electrical diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform DOT inspections and PM inspections on vehicles in mobile/field environment.
• Carry out minor adjustments and repairs on electrical, braking, cooling systems, and engine components.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, cooling, and fuel systems as needed.
• Test and inspect vehicles to ensure proper operation and road readiness.
• Document work performed and parts used in the RO via TRAIT/iOS device.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with customers and management on repairs.
