Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light-to-heavy repairs in a mobile/field environment. You will diagnose and repair diverse systems and document findings for repair orders.

This role supports 100% travel and an evening shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) with remote work eligibility based on location. The Technician will manage parts on a company truck, use an iOS device and TRAIT app for reporting, and maintain

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and PM inspections are required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, diesel and hydraulic systems.
• Independent work and good time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs and DOT inspections on light to heavy vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose, adjust and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Document work on Repair Orders using iOS device and TRAIT app.
